Refund and Return Policy

At Maria Educational Trade, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges and returns under the following conditions:

1. Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at +977 984-7196763. We will arrange for the damaged item to be picked up and, where applicable, provide a replacement at no additional cost.

2. Size Does Not Fit

If the size of the item you ordered does not fit, you may request an exchange for a different available size. The exchange request must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the item. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

3. Exchange and Return Procedure

To initiate an exchange or return, please contact Maria Educational Trade at +977 984-7196763 within 2 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the process and, where applicable, arrange for the product to be picked up from your location.

4. Exchange and Return Charges

  • Inside Butwal: Delivery and pickup are FREE for eligible exchanges and returns.

  • Outside Butwal: Exchanges are available, subject to applicable delivery/shipping charges. For returns, the customer must bear the applicable delivery/shipping and return charges.

Any eligible refund will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process the eligible refund within 2 days. Any applicable delivery or shipping charges may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.

6. Conditions for Exchange and Return

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The exchange or return request must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition.

  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for exchange or return.
